This then has to do with the location settings on the phone. It is necessary to have location features turned on.<\/p>\n<p>You can turn it on like this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turn your phone&#8217;s location accuracy on or off<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Swipe down from the top of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Touch and hold Location . If you don&#8217;t find Location : Tap Edit or Settings . Drag Location into your Quick Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Tap Location Services. Request a new password link from support.<\/p>\n<p>If you have forgotten your password, you can always reset your password. Under the login screen in the safe it says: Forgotten password.
