2 Confirming an order

If an order is placed on invoice, the entrepreneur must manually confirm the order in the FP Safe. Only then will the order be processed and the jewelry processed. This action is not necessary when the FP-Safe shop is linked to an online cash register.

Android phone: Put location Services ON!

In this video you will see how to turn ON the location facilities so that the scanner works with the Android smartphone. If Location Services foe Android phone is turned OFF, the scanner won’t pair with the FP Safe app.
